Marriage Retainer
A $200.00 non-refundable retainer is required to secure a time and date commitment for your wedding. It may be made by check or money order and mailed to, the Minister you have contacted. This retainer is due to the Ministry after the initial wedding plan discussion is complete to secure your date and time, part of this fee goes to maintaining marriage records. Without a retainer your day and time is not reserved. The Retainer is Separate and above the Ceremony Honorarium. Reasonable e-mails, and telephone calls from brides and grooms with questions about their wedding are welcomed prior to booking. A personal meeting is encouraged when possible. If financial hardship is involved please discuss this with the minister. Please notify the Ministry you have retained for any cancellations so they can remove the time from their ministry calendar.
Ceremony Honorarium
A minimum honorarium of $300.00 for the first hour is expected for wedding ceremony, and $100.00 for each additional hour or part of thereafter, if the minister is available. Normally this is paid to the clergy person before the day of the wedding,
Rehearsal, special ceremony preparation, parking, travel, travel into cities or other special expenses are additional costs and expected to be paid by the couple before the ceremony begins. Services scheduled on a holiday will be discussed at the time of booking.
Ceremonies at The Pastor's Location
For a simple ceremony at a Pastor's location there is a minimum of $150.00 Ceremony Honorarium and a 100.00 Retainer and must be paid in full when the ceremony is scheduled.
Rehearsals
Our Ministers gladly participates in any rehearsal prior to a wedding service, fees to be discussed at time of booking.
All fees due for the rehearsal and wedding ceremony should be paid to the clergy person before the ceremony. To ensure that each couple is ready for the ceremony a telephone call to the Minister the night or morning before the rehearsal / wedding is required. Please call and communicate you have a license and there are no changes in plans as close to the wedding as possible.
Extras
Ceremonies in paid locations must be paid by the couple including any fees for the Officiate to park or enter such as Theme Parks or Festivals. Any special setting that may require him to arrive or remain for several hours also may incur additional costs depending on the amount of time required.
Travel
If travel is expected out of the area, the bride and groom are expected to pay all hospitality and or transportation expenses for the Minister. A cost will be discussed for the travel at the time of booking. Any services which require 30 or more miles of travel must be fully discussed and may include travel costs.

Courtesy dictates that you contact the Minister about changes or cancellations and keep him well informed as to your plans. A booking information form is provided to let him know how to contact the couple if necessary. Either cut and paste this form into your e-mail or print it out then mail the info in. Please be sure he has your phone number and contact information as soon as possible in case of changes and questions. Until this information is received the wedding is not booked or placed on the calendar.
